When you send a message or ask about a commission, we keep what you have typed: your name, your email address and the details of your request.
The site also records ordinary technical information, such as the type of browser used and the pages opened, so we can tell what is slow or broken.
Observation notes and correspondence are kept while you're actively engaged with us, and for a reasonable time afterward. Records tied to specific viewing sessions or equipment purchases are retained longer, as we may need to reference them for support or warranty purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the services that help us operate this site, and only the information they need to do their job.
Access to your information is limited to those who need it, and any data sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection.
You can request to see what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed. Write to us and we will confirm once the change is complete.
