You are welcome to read, save and print these pages for your own personal stargazing reference. Please do not copy them for resale or present the content here as your own work.
A request sent through the site is an enquiry, not a binding agreement. An order is confirmed once we have agreed on the item, price and delivery timeline in writing.
We take on a limited number of custom telescope guides and equipment recommendations each season. If we cannot create something to our standards, or cannot deliver it on time, we will be honest about it rather than overpromise.
Prices are confirmed before anything is made or sent, and a deposit is typically required to start. The remaining balance is due before your order ships.
Finish, appearance and dimensions may vary slightly between custom-made items, and photographs cannot capture these nuances perfectly. Such natural variation is characteristic of the work, not a defect.
We pack each item carefully and ship it once it is fully prepared and ready. If something arrives damaged, contact us within a few days and we will repair or replace it.
A piece made to your own custom specification cannot be returned unless it is genuinely faulty, since it was created specifically for you.
The photographs, drawings and text on this site belong to the studio. Ask before reusing them and we will usually say yes.
We stand behind what we make and will put right anything that is our fault. We are not responsible for damage caused by ordinary wear, misuse or accident.
If we change anything here, we'll update this page and mark the date at the top.
